To write and/or adapt the online content for a premier spa resort in Austria’s western Alps. To capture the spirit of the resort as a welcoming, family-run retreat with world-class facilities and year-round activities for all the family.

The concept:
To streamline the previously content-heavy site and create a consistent voice throughout. To emphasise the resort’s USPs and complement the new branding with concise and effective body text, straplines and headings.

The feedback:
